When you purchase something online at other stores and have it for pickup at a store, usually the experience is quick and painless because there is a different process for online order pickups. Not here. Not at Walmart. The experience of online shopping and pickup is extremely painful. Pickup happens in the same line as layaway and cancellations, resulting in extremely long wait times. The process of layaway/cancellations should be different than online order pickups. I don't think they want to make this process easy on customers. For things like electronics, I would much rather buy online at Best Buy because there is a completely separate line for online orders. Walk in ... pick up ... and go.
