Honestly I've had my nails done at a million places! I've never been so disappointed. The owner, Bobbie did my nails. She had all the latest and greatest nail gadgets. Looked clean and remodeled. I decided to try out the SNS the new powder nails. She quoted me a different price from the one that the guy on the street swinging the sign said but that wasn't the worst of it. I had heard that you aren't supposed to dry them in front of a fan as it made them ripely. I told her that and she insisted that she was supposed to drythem in front of the fan. Then I pointed out to her that the corner of my nail was exactly as I figured ripely... she filed it down all the while was accusing me of hitting it on the fan. I couldn't wait to get out of there. She was very argumentative. As a business owner that isn't the way to treat a paying customer. Needless to say I paid and left. As I was almost home I started looking at my nails and realized every one of them was ripely and super thick. It was as if it was her first time doing nails. Sitting there for 1.5 hours and getting talked down to isn't my idea of a good experience. I didn't even go back, as I was afraid she would accuse me of ruining them so I went somewhere else that gladly fixed them for free! Now I know why it was dead on a Saturday and she's paying a guy to swing a sign out front! Terrible experience.. do yourselves and favor and skip this place!!!
