  • The customer service leaves something to be desired. The employees don't seem to care whether you're there or not. I've been to much better Kohl's. Honestly I only go to this one because it's in my neighborhood. Today my spouse and I stopped in to pick up an online order. The employee at the customer service desk seemed more interested in talking to her coworkers then doing her job. We got the bare minimum service and a brush off at the end. I don't know why I hoped for better from this location.
