If you know me well enough, you'll know that I love me some Filipinos. Filipino food is included in that generalized statement! Seafood City is gigantic but that can't contain the multitudes of people that come to this much-anticipated supermarket and fabled food court. The food area is definitely the main attraction at Seafood City and there are three main sections which are CRISPY, GRILL, AND NOODLES. Major lines for all of them but Grill City by far had the longest lines. We got 4 chicken skewers for approx. $22 which is pricey but I'm a total sucker for good Filipino food. It was a 30-minute lineup for skewers that were finished in 7 minutes. You can decide if that was worth it if you come here!
It's refreshing to visit a Filipino supermarket and see all the traditional food items that are sold here. Halo-halo, ice cream, pastries, and longanisa are just the tip of the iceberg of this supermarket and you can find some great items to add to your grocery list if you come. Definitely, a must visit but be warned of the HUGE hoards of people that will be here.
