  • Very disappointed with this Marriott. We made reservations weeks in advance, and phoned from our departure airport to make sure the pool was open for our kids. We were assured the pool and hot tub were open. Upon check in, we were not told that the pool and hot tub were closed, noted the sign on the pool room entrance ourselves, no communication about this even though we made it very clear we wanted the pool amenities for the kids.
