  • What a horrible services!!! My mom needed to refill the medication for high blood pressures. So I've called them to send a prescription on June/29 at 1:48pm. She said she sent over to my pharmacy. So I went to my pharmacy the next day of I called For refilled,the pharmacy said they haven't got any prescriptions from dr.kwak's office. The pharmacy decided to send the request to Dr.Kwak's office. Then I went over the next day, The pharmacy prepared only one medication. (My mom need 2 as total). So I've called Dr.Kwak's office on July,6,2017 at 9:17AM to get other medication for refill. The lady named Jessie told me she sent over today. Okay, I crossed my finger to get my mom's medication for this time and decided to called my pharmacy to check my status for order and They told me the dr.kwak haven't sent over yet, so then pharmacist sent another request to dr's office. And I made another phone call to dr's office for refill the medication at 3:38pm. Jessie said she's going to send over. I waited one more hour and called pharmacy again, and they STILL haven't got any from dr.kwak's office. At last, I called dr.kwak's office at 4:26pm and Jessie said she thought I need the other medication (whichs I've got already)so she's going to send over one more!!!! Omg How many times I kept calling this office for refill the medication since last week?! So I've called pharmacy again And the pharmacist told me they still still still haven't got any.!!! Wow. The pharmacist said they will giving me a emergency medication for 3days cause high blood pressure is really dangerous if missed to take the medications. Finally, I've got emergency medication from pharmacist's help. NOT A DR.JANIE KWAK. It's so hilarious they kept tells me they will send over lol. I spent a week to get the medications. Moreover, they always make patients get wait over 2hrs even I've made an appointment. After get in to the room, there's another waiting time. This place is worst place ever!!!
