See Edit below. Lamps Plus - I guess customer service isn't high on this company's list. I visited the store on W. Charleston two weeks ago to choose some track lights for my home. The salesperson was helpful while I was at the store, unfortunately customer service ended there. I called him back after a few days and told him what item I wanted and that I would like to get a quote from their installation department. I was told they would contact me within two days. After I did not hear back from them I called the store and spoke to the salesperson. He said he would call them directly and get back to me. Never heard back from him. I finally called the service department myself and was told that the dispatcher would get back to me that afternoon. That was three days ago. I am assuming Lamps Plus doesn't need the business. I will definitely not patronize this business again.
After this review was posted I was immediately contacted by the Store Manager. He was extremely apologetic and willing to work with me to rectify the situation. I went to the store, purchased the track lighting I needed and received excellent service. Mike the manager contacted the installation department and arranged to have them at the house the following week. In the meantime I was contacted by the Service Manager out of Los Angeles to insure everything was being handled to my expectations. The installers arrived, even a little early, completed the job with amazing efficiency. They made sure to cover everything and cleaned up all trash, empty boxes, etc. when the job was complete. They did a fantastic job and the lighting looks great.
