  • I have to say, I just left this store and am not happy with the service we received. My husband wanted to surprise his co-workers with a dozen donuts and said "hurts dozen" instead of " dirty dozen." The employee chastised him and said " they are not the same and there is a price difference. Do you understand this?". He spoke to us like we were ignorant and could not comprehend what he was saying. I walked out, not even ordering for myself. My husband continued his order, as he had wanted to keep the surprise. Apparently, the employee blamed his tone on a crazy night. I work in customer service, this is no excuse for that behavior. I do not plan on visiting again and hope my husband does not as well.
