  • Must go restaurant in Montreal. My father and I went there for foie gras specifically. So we ordered three dishes with foie gras, cromesquis, fruit FG and duck in a can. They were all very good. My father said it was his first time to have foie gras smooth and soft like this. The duck in a can came after a long wait, but they compensated us with a plate of prosciutto, which was very good as well, a little too salty I would say. My father also thought that the duck was too oily. I kind of felt in the same way. Overall it was a great experience. I will come again.
