  • As a first time homebuyers, we were excited but feeling a little under educated about the whole process, especially building a new house. We worked with someone who took the time to explain all of the options, costs, benefits, etc. She even discussed and gave info from her own home building process. I was extremely happy with how we were walked through every single option, while keeping our budget/wants in mind. It was nice the studio is open on Sundays which is the day that worked for both of us. I laughed a little when we were told it would be a 4 hour appointment, but after going through all of the options, you really do use that time! Thank you KB!
