I called to schedule and verify the amount with someone else listening and asked twice if there were any other charges, she said no that tax was included we charge no other fees. That's twice. They came out the work took 15 - 20 minutes and then began to charge $99 dollars. He called his office the office manager started quoting everyone charges travel fees our mailer coupon says all the fees and that's what it's going to be. I tried to explain but he wasn't going to hear anything about it and was rude. The worker told him he'd call back and hung up. When I was angrily ready to pay and told him I wanted him out of my house he said he was a sub contractor and he was going to give me the internet price and said he gets this problem all the time. Not only did I get the price but also racial religious slurs about competitors to go with it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
