I have severe dental anxiety (self diagnosed!) and had avoided going for several years. I finally decided to put on my big girl pants and find a dentist. After comparing Yelp reviews with the list my insurance company provided I called Dr. Hill's office and scheduled my exam. I was in near tears walking in but walking out I was in such a good mood my friend thought I had been drugged (I had not). From the minute I walked in I was treated with kindness and compassion from the front desk to Dr. Hill. They never made me feel bad for putting off visiting a dentist, and everyone tried to reassure me that everything was going to be great. We did xrays (they have a crazy cool machine that scans your whole head) and then Dr. Hill examined my teeth and we came up with a plan. His high-tech xray found an abscess that I didn't even know I had. Without him catching it, I might've been in bad shape sooner or later. After my exam, I scheduled a cleaning for the very next day and Ruth was kind and thorough. I had my abscessed tooth root canal this week and had some residual pain in my jaw (not because of the Dr!) - I emailed the office and within an hour I was called back and was helped. I cannot say enough good things about this entire office. I almost don't want to leave a review because I don't want his office to be any harder to schedule an appointment with all the new patients, but I know how scary dental anxiety can be and want to help anyone who might be in the same boat. I seriously can't stop talking about how great my experiences have all been. I'm very happy to have found a dentist I can call my own. Thanks, Dr. Hill and everyone in the office!
