  • This entire airline is an utter joke. These people don't care about you or your flight. I've had so many bad experiences with them that I will never, under ANY circumstances fly with them ever again. I don't have enough hours in the day to even extrapolate to you how disgustingly absurd this airline is. Everyone from the ticket employees to the stewardesses are by far the most insulting, belligerent, unprofessional individuals I've ever encountered in my life. I wish I'd gotten their names. Only one person was ever a decent individual. Here's one particular experience: On August 19, 2016 I flew from Little Rock, Arkansas to Las Vegas, Nevada and had a stop in Houston. From my flight from Little Rock, to Houston -- a particular stewardess showed me how truly unprofessional and malicious of a human being she was. My carry-on was deemed "OK" by another employee but by the time I sat down on the plane, it didn't fit under my seat. I figured it was alright since he had confirmed it to be so. HOWEVER, my stewardess (a middle aged, stout woman with light brown hair) screamed at me. She said "EXCUSE ME, YOU NEED TO CHECK THAT BAG IN NOW." Everyone on the flight became silent. So I said, "Ma'am, the gentleman before you said it would be fine." Even others on the plane agreed with me. She said "WELL IT'S CLEARLY TOO BIG." I said, "Okay, I'll go back." Then she very sarcastically said "THANK YOU" in an abrupt and seething tone. All throughout the flight, she never asked me for a drink. She skipped me whilst taking others' drink orders. Being naturally shy, I kept quiet. By the time the plane landed, she said goodbye to all other passengers except for myself. I'm now convinced this is a racially motivated attack as I was the only Asian on the flight. Best believe I'll find her name out and report her to her supervisors. Another flight from Vegas to Melbourne, Australia -- it was about 6pm. September 28 or 29, 2015. I checked in early. There was a problem with my visa that they messed up (my visa was granted). Time was running out and these two women (one Caucasian and one Asian) took their sweet time laughing and chatting among themselves while I was clearly in a huge rush. They didn't take any steps to ensure that my visa was OK and tried to get me on my flight. Finally, I tried one last time to talk to another individual. He was a Southeast Asian man named Carlos. He didn't say "hello" to me not once, avoided all eye contact, and was extremely rude. He checked my visa one last time and said it was granted. I tried to thank him but he didn't even smile at me. I'll never forget that experience. Seriously, who hires these people?
