Third strike at customer service! Went to buy a fishing license for my son and was greeted at the service desk with the question "what do you want?" I was taken aback but put it down to someone having a bad day but after waiting 20 minutes without any further acknowledgement left and took my business to Wholesale Sports. Third such incident in as many weeks and after three strikes I've learned my lesson and will shop elsewhere.
