  • Usually when a shoe falls apart, I trash them. But I received a referral and really wanted to save the boots. I was impressed with the service received when I dropped off the boots - as the Lady reassured me this issue happens often & these boots needed to be saved. They were ready within 4 days & looked like new (I also got new heels put on). Great customer service and repair - if you have a quality shoe that needs to be saved, check them out.
