  • I wish I could give them no star but can't even do that! My daughter and I made appts. For gel pedicures the day before. When we arrived it was a very nice and clean atmosphere. There was a price list on the wall and a 3 choice list for spa pedicures. We were told no you can't choose from that you choose from a laminated card given to you once sitting in the massage chair. The one I chose was 50$, my daughter's 45$. That was it. They began. They were short staffed and in the middle of my daughter's, Ivy got up and helped other people. She came back and continued on her. Mine was to be a 10 minute massage, it was barely 5 minutes. The lady, Ivy, doing my daughter's toes, missed spots and blamed my daughter for having small toe nails. She fixed it but did not cover them very well in the gel glitter, in the sunlight you can see missed spaces. So we get to the check out and Ivy says that'll be $145.00. I'm like wait, what, how!? She explains that it's 25$ each extra for the gel polish. I'm like that's absurd. In 16 years of getting my toes done in Vegas I've never paid over 55$ total for gel and spa pedi! I paid, reluctantly and left very upset. I came back a few minutes later and asked for a partial refund, as we were not told they had hidden prices and the sign didn't say that, I felt like it was fraud. I was yelled at by the owner, a man saying it was our fault for not asking. And I should ask all the clients in the salon. He started yelling at them to tell us. It was so unprofessional and instead of trying to be helpful or anything he just kept saying, you got the service, you pay. What a joke for a shit job. Karma is an awful thing. I would not ever go here again or ever recommend them and that's sad cuz I have alot of women I would have sent there. Lesson learned.
