I am recently married therefore my vision insurance changed. I called the office to find out if they accept my insurance and I was told that they do. I made my appointment for the following week. Leading up to my appointment I was emailed 2 confirmations, received one text confirmation as well as a phone call confirming my appointment. The day of my appointment I walk in and am told by the lady they actually don't accept my insurance. When I ask why I wasn't called they tried to tell me they called and left me two messages. Which they definately did not. What a waste of time and poor customer service!
