  • Be careful when you board your pet at this place. We were loyal customers, but found that our dog was increasingly coming home with injuries from being bitten, scratched and attacked by other dogs on site. In one case, our dog was attacked and we were handed a vet bill for the injuries to his eye. While I don't think the owners are negligent, I think they've just got too many dogs to handle and not enough people to supervise them. My experience over the years with them was that their focus increasingly became about making the next dollar and less about taking care of clients and their pets. While I completely understand the need to make a profit in this business, I think these guys just take it too far. Anyway, just one guy's experience and it's admittedly a little dated (we stopped boarding our dog there a couple of years ago). However, it's worth doing your homework before leaving your dog in their care.
