  • After searching for several years to find a quality butcher shop I have finally found the gold standard. I drove from North Phoenix to their location on the west side and it was absolutely worth the drive. Their selection of fresh as well as frozen meats were excellent. I walked in to get a standing rib roast and walked out with the roast plus some thick bone-in pork chops and a rack of beef ribs. I barbecue quite frequently and found these three items to be the best I've had in my three years in Phoenix. The service was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. I will be a regular customer. Can't wait to try some of their other items!
