Lesson learned - always check Yelp first.
My experience has been similar to many of the other complaints. Rush work. Sloppy rebuild that wasn't initially noticed. Pushy sales people. Horrible business practices. Overcharged the insurance. All kinds of nonsense about being two different companies in how they bill and charge out, which they use to dupe customers into paying more. Violation of fair debt collection act. Horrendous company. I am filing a complaint with the insurance commission and BBB. They keep making up stuff to get more money and are harassing me at this point. I have never dealt with a business entity like this before. Insurance company warned me about them, but I got suckered like the rest of you (Rooter4Less plumber sent out by Home Warranty pulled the "let me call my buddy to come check this leak inside the wall").
