I bought a pair of glasses from Warby Parker online that needed adjusting. I went to this location and waited for the optician to help me. The guy came and the first question was, "did you get these here"? I said no but I am willing to pay for an adjustment. He took about 10 seconds to "adjust" these glasses. I put them back on and they were clearly still crooked. My sister was with me and told him that the left side was higher and I said I could feel that the right side was against my face. By that point, he was uninterested in us and was unwilling to help. He walked away.
Overall, this location has horrible customer service and is not interested in getting new customers. I will NEVER recommend Hakim optical to anyone.
