  • I was in line getting ready to withdraw money from my account with the teller, when I finally make it up to the teller window, she takes my card and all of my information, but won't give me my money. Instead, she directs me to the ATM right next to her. Why would you make me wait in line, take all of my info, ask me 21 dumb questions and waste my time only to have a machine help me? On the bright side, at least the machine didn't roll its eyes.
