Pretty excited for our "staycation" and to experience the spa at The Phoenician. Upon arrival after 18 holes of golf , we were anxious to get to the locker room and change for poolside fun and lunch. As we approached the desk to check in the receptionist had us pre tip and pay for our massages. I found that to be a little awkward since it was difficult to tip for a service i hadn't yet received. Nonetheless, we checked in and went to the locker rooms. There were so many doors that looked exactly alike that I found myself walking into random rooms and offices . The spa definitely needs a facelift and a serious remodel. The pool was across the way , a ways away from the spa, the locker room wasn't anything special. I wouldn't recommend this spot. Even with our Groupon the massages were nominal at best and for the high price tag, your money can be spent at a better location.
