Been a customer of Elite Tanning for probably 5 years now. Honestly, it's the staff & management that keep me coming back. I sometimes I go 9 months without tanning, then all of a sudden I need to tan quickly for something in particular (this time for my trip to Africa... I know, I know lol). Whenever I come back after a hiatus, they recognize me and still make me feel like a VIP.
Christy is awesome, she always helps out & gives massive discounts on lotions. And her staff follows her example. For instance, last week a girl named Taylor must've answered a gazillion questions from me to help me find the perfect lotion... and this was when the store was already supposed to be closed! Most places would've said sorry, come back tomorrow... But that's how you keep your clientele in the face of so much competition.
Pro tip: even if you're an infrequent or inconsistent tanner like me, get a package of points (like Silver level or something). It'll last me a year, I come and go as I please, and I pay WAY LESS in the long run.
