  • Worst delivery service ever, postal service included. And they constantly lie about having made deliveries. Right now I'm waiting for a critical package but according to them it's been delivered. Of course, it hasn't. I just wish there was a way to ask Amazon not to use them. If you want your stuff to actually arrive, GO ELSEWHERE!!! UPDATE: Just talked to Amazon and found out they CAN specify not to use Ontrac in the future ... well, at least that's something
