Top 3 sushi places in Phoenix. No overly sauced rolls, no great cooked options, mediocre atmosphere. For presentation i would only give it a slightly above par. The owner/sushi chef cares about two things; his customers and his fish. Mo might buy fish from the same company as other sushi bars but his close relationship with them and his willingness to send anything back that isn't up to his standards is evident in the freshness of his fish.
Sit at the sushi bar, tell them your preferences, and let them make all the decisions.
