  • I committed to posting an update once the claim to this company had been submitted and resolved. According to my daughter the company did reimburse her and her husband for their expenses to repair the broken plumbing caused by the workers. They were reimbursed $18 to replace the two lamps that were broken. Apparently, there are different levels of moving insurance for a customer to consider for losses during the move. Although they ended up paying for extra hours because a major portion of their belongings had to be transported to a second location, they did not argue for reimbursement for that additional cost. They accepted the reimbursement they have received, and closed their claim. Needless to say, our three families will not use the services of this company in the future, including my daughter's future move into her new house. We will not recommend this company to friends and other family.
