I relocated to Las Vegas about 2 years ago from SoCal and the one thing I miss the most about SoCal is a legit Toyota dealer and service bay. I hate the fact I have to settle in this dealership since it's closest to us and the other dealerships in town are no better. I've purchased a car here and it was my 4th Toyota purchase and I can easily say it was my worst purchase experience. I knew the exact car I wanted and called in and the guy I spoke to, multiple times, kept referring to another car. When I finally show up that jack-hole is nowhere to be found. So I spent a lot of time waiting for various people to help me. I think it was one of their parts drivers that helped me out to take the car for a test drive... the only upside from the whole experience was the guy that went through closing with me otherwise I'd say the entire sales/showroom staff are pretty worthless. I probably "dealt" with 4 people during my purchase and don't recall any of their names. I don't think I was actually introduced. Just kinda handed off cuz each one was too busy to go sit back at their desk to shoot the breeze with their coworkers.
On top of that, the service department is like an old fashioned rip off mechanic shop. I've been told I needed services performed that I paid to have performed the the previous visit. I had a receipt showing I paid for said service but their system showed no record of it. I left a negative review in the past and got a reply to contact their Manager at the BS number but always goes to voicemail and the manager is never available in person when I'm at the dealership. I have already filed 2 complaints against this dealership with Toyota corporate about their service dept and still nothing seems to be getting better. This place is like a necessary evil.
This dealership is the only thing I dislike about moving to Las Vegas. I may have to just purchase another model of car to avoid this place...
