We stayed here for our honeymoon. Check-in was smooth and the concierge was very helpful with information about the hotel and the area. The bell hop helped us to our room with our luggage, showed us around the room, and then left their contact number if we need help or a pick up.
We ate prime rib dinner that night at the Grove restaurant. What a deal...2 salads, 2 prime rib dinners, and a bottle of wine for $40 ($50 if you are not staying at the resort).
Our room had been recently renovated and was beautiful. The 2-person jacuzzi tub was great...we used it almost every day!
The walk to the room (we were in the 800s) was a bit far from the parking lot, but being that we are able to walk and enjoy walking it was not so bad. We did call for the bell hop to help us with our bags at check out.
