  • Matt, the store Manager is the best ! I had a flat tire. The 2nd one in a week.. I came into his store angry and upset because I had just bought new tires at another tire shop. He also informed me that my spare was bad.. I was not a happy. Out of money and the store was about to close. Then Matt walks out and tells me that he can help and I could afford it! That turned my frown upside down! He found a tire that would work stayed after hours and repaired my car and turned my day from dark and gloomy to bright and sunny! So Thank you Matt at Firestone you are the best ! He is what every District Manager wants there team to be.. Service with a smile and know how to keep customers happy! I am going back to that firestone and telling all my friends and family to go too. Thank you Matt you saved and made my day!
