  • This place is a joke. The most incompetent employees. Went in to look at vinyl replacement windows for a rental property out of state. After explaining to two employees that I needed windows for the property they walked me to customer service where the lady took all my info then told me "we can't help you, you have to physically be there for the estimate." REALLY?? Lowe's can do it so I will go with them!
