  • Concur with all the poor reviews of the Verizon location at 16447 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 109, Scottsdale. The wait is too long, the "pitch" reminiscent of buying a used car, and the customer service (especially after you buy) is poor. There are probably managers more passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and immature than JEFF ZITSCH but you'd have to look pretty hard to fine one. The store and ZITSCH deserve time in a Breaking Bad episode.
