  • Nobody is perfect. Three years ago Nevada Contract Carpet (NCC) installed top quality Shaw carpet throughout my Henderson home. Since then, lumps and bumps began appearing everywhere. I've owned a number of homes with carpet and NEVER saw any carpet do this so I phoned Karen (who sold it to me). She promptly came to my home and was also puzzled by what she saw so she scheduled a crew to power stretch it. Jeff and Chris showed up promptly at 8AM, spent about 4 hours meticulously removing every unsightly bulge from every carpeted room. While doing so, Jeff said he suspected that the cause was improper installation by a crew that no longer works at NCC (and now I know why). When they were done, Jeff asked if I was happy and my response was "The carpet looks brand new again. Thank you!" which is exactly how I still feel days later. BOTTOM LINE: Anyone can sell you flooring and humans make mistakes. However, I am extremely impressed that more than 3 years after the sale, NCC promptly rectified everything at no cost to me.
