  • Lowering to a one star because car dealerships are just the worst places around. I was told I'd be getting a warranty for no charge, but upon getting to the finance department, it cost an extra $3,000. Finance department said that the charge could only be canceled after 30 days of the purchase, luckily I called to check back up on this, because apparently you can only cancel WITHIN 30 days. If I had waited like like I had been told, I wouldn't have been able to cancel at all.
