  • Went in to get a new phone and had great customer service. I thought everyone was very friendly. You can hear the reps working with people and TRYING, to show them how to use their phone. You really have to be patient for some folks! Jerime was great, he spent time answering my questions regarding my new phone, and getting me set up. Yes, they try to sell you accessories and yes they got me. (Love my new speaker!) I am giving four stars, but this may change when I get my bill ; )
