We have had our vehicle repaired 2 times in one year. Both times Bill P. handled our claim. He seemed too busy to listen to us. We brought our Expedition in with two different estimates needed. The front of it was damaged by a water district panel falling on it, then before we could get our phone call into Gaudin, the same vehicle was rear ended in our own driveway.
It seemed too much for Bill to process. (Two claims). He took pictures, sent us an estimate for both. We delivered our vehicle to be fixed. The damage on the rear was over Two thousand. The front was over $600. Three weeks later, Bill called and said we could come get our vehicle. I told him we had a check from the water district that we would be bringing to him, he seemed confused. He said "my notes don't say anything about the front of your vehicle". He not only should of had notes, but an estimate, plus all the conversation we had.
Needless to say, our Expedition was only half fixed, And he had the nerve to be curt with me, about his incompetence! Never again will Gaudin Ford touch my vehicle.
