  • This is going to be a 3 part review. Pre purchase process: They were extremely patient with me as I was calling at least twice a week waiting for my scout to arrive checking for updates since I placed my deposit. The salesmen Whip and March answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable when it came to their products and humored me even when asking about other vehicles that I was just curious about. 5 out of 5 stars Purchase process aka the nitty gritty: no bs games and very straight forward which I can appreciate. They also managed to get me a killer rate for our loan. The delivery was smooth and since I wasn't even expecting the bike to arrive that day, it was supposed to be there in 2 more weeks which left me un prepared without a helmet. They were gracious enough to let me borrow a helmet until the next day when I had purchased my own. Yes I was impatient enough to use a borroed helmet and I regret nothing. 5 out of 5 stars Post purchase: Dan in parts hands down best parts salesman I've ever encountered. He knows literally everything about your bike and is always super nice to my fiancĂ© and I. He's always trying to help us and was even nice enough to supply me with a loan jacket while Indian does a warranty investigation on my current jacket. Drew in service is another too notch employee that is super friendly and makes servicing my scout a breeze. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Indian, Victory or Polaris.
