  • I made a reservation on our cooperate number for Enterprise. Apparently in the middle of summer in Phoenix AZ we have a car shortage! Going on 1hr waiting along with the other 20 people in here. As side note the lady who checked me in was nice, too bad she didn't tell me we have over 1 hr wait. I would of went elsewhere, now I'm stuck and late for meetings. As side note the young lady who helped me took me to another Enterprise and they upgraded me. Thank you
