  • Canceling with this gym was the hardest part! We tried to cancel for about three weeks. No one answers the phone and when we come in no one is there to assist us. Finally we came in today and was told by an employee to come back because he couldn't cancel out membership. When we came back he was the one who ended up canceling it for us! Wtf! Had out membership for about two years and they just lost two customers. Never returning and not recommending! BS service!
