  • I almost hate to review this place as I want to keep it a secret. But I also love supporting local places sooooo...all I can say is WOW! What a find. I had seen some pics online so we decided to check the happy hour out before dinner reservations at another place in Scottsdale. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful team of hosts and shown the way to the bar area. Even though it was chilly outside we opted for sitting out on the surreal patio, surrounded by cacti and underneath big, beautiful trees. The setting is SO romantic and relaxing. They had plenty of heaters and little fireplaces going. We arrived at about 5:15 and it was extremely quiet. Sitting drinking a glass of wine with my husband and taking in the scenery was honestly one of the most relaxing things I've ever done. At 6pm a musician showed up with a guitar and set up stage right in front of us where we got to enjoy his music for 30 mins before we had to go to our other reservations. I am so glad we found this heavenly little spot! I'd love to come back and eat at Lon's as the atmosphere is out of this world.
