  • This company is a joke. The owner of the company works with Roto Rooter and we needed to find out what was wrong with our toilet. The plumber came first and said it had to do with the sewer line. He fixed the line. We had flooding about an inch in height of water from the bathroom to the kitchen and living room. We decided to hire the plumber and apparently they're in kahoots with Dryco. The owner said our walls would crumble down and we would need to dry out water - which would cost thousands of dollars. He insisted he HAD to get this done but we declined since we are not owners of the house. He told us to get him the number of the owner and we declined. Both Oliver (the owner of this business) and the tech from Roto Rooter talked amongst themselves and whispered several times while here. This company changed me $450 to SWEEP water out of my house and used my broom to do it. We were PISSED about this! Turns out either Oliver or the plumber purposely turned on the water source going from the kitchen to behind the fridge where ice would usually go, to flood our house purposely so they came back to scam us out of doing more work! We had our landlord and property management call their vendor and it was determined that they turned on water that's never been on for two years since we lived here. They are scamming people and I want to make sure they stop! It's not ok to do this to someone and we will be taking action against them and complaining to the Better Business Bureau.
