  • August, a bit hot in AZ, it took this company almost 2 weeks to repair my mothers air conditioner. They would not expedite their decision and they would not spring for a motel room while they took their sweet time in OKing the repair costs. They suggested a portable AC unit, at her expense. 2 weeks of foot dragging! My mother has been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and they apparently saw no problem in not getting her AC unit repaired faster than 2 weeks. I've encouraged my mother to look for a new home warranty company that values customers and has some concern about their customers safety.
