Chapman Dodge on Sahara had everything covered today. First, because of Jovan (sales - young, positive, a natural), Sanchez (finance - calming, personably insightful, truly does his best) and Chris Montana (management that other dealers should be jealous of). Chapman has now gone above and beyond to meet our needs and wants financially for the the White 2018 JL Rubicon over this past week. They managed to beat our current credit union interest rate and deliver a stellar deal we feel proud to drive away with. They also took care and time to answer all our questions and squash our remaining concerns. Jeeps are more then a vehicle they offer lifestyle options so it's important to get the right one! We had a Wrangler Sport (manual) and wanted to step up. Not sure of the JL till we drove both the short shift manual and the 8 speed automatic. The automatic was surprisingly impressive (goes great off road too) and comfortably fits our family of 5. * if your still reading - we didn't just go to Chapman...we really shopped and went to the other dealers in Las Vegas. I mostly enjoyed Chapman's availability to not be a dressed up new car Carmax type dealership. Overall, they have more flexibility to be personable and delete the assembly line/ herding type sales push. Thank you again to Jovan who called, got us to come in and changed our perspective about Chapman. They now have our accolades and future business as customers.
