Being a huge fan of hash, we were excited to try this location. as soon as we walked in and I knew it wasn't going to be a good experience. the hostess looked annoyed that we had showed up and took us all the way to the back of the restaurant where there weren't even any lights on. So we had a table by ourselves and I knew it was only because we had kids with us but our kids are behaved. We ordered the chicken Rosemary which is our usual favorite. When it came out the food looked like it had just been sitting under a heating lamp. The cheese was melted but hardened up again I guess I didn't even know that was possible. The food wasn't hot at all our drinks were never refilled and we weren't checked on at all. I'm sure whoever thought we weren't going to tip I was surprised when we left a $20 tip on a $40 check. the management should definitely train their staff to not judge people by their looks and treat everyone the same and the kitchen definitely need some training on putting out hot food and not old food that's been sitting under a heating lamp. we will stick to the San Diego location from now on.
