Booked hotel through a Groupon offer for a 2 night stay in mid November. Booking was simple. Bought voucher, and called and was able to use the voucher for my stay because the hotel had availability. Customer service explained what was included and what was not included in the price of the voucher, and was very helpful. Any questions prior to check in were quickly answered via email. I booked this room far in advance because I knew I would be running the Las Vegas half marathon that weekend and wanted a nice place to relax and recover for and from the race. This is where I encountered the only "issue" I would say I had with the experience. During booking I was told that the room would be covered by an early check in or late check out guarantee. I was coming from another hotel where the check out was 11am. I went to the Signature at 930am and was told my room was not ready. I asked approx what time I "early" check in was and they could not answer because there was someone in the room and the rooms they had blocked off from las vegas suites were not their rooms and they had little info on them. I was able e to get into the room at approx 3pm after the room was cleared and cleaned. Aside of that inconvenience the room was awesome. Very big, amazing bathroom with spa tub that was the perfect ending to the day after the long race. The amenities that came with the room package were as advertised. Bottle of choice alcohol, passes to nightclubs and food discounts. I would book again without hesitation, as long as the minor details could be communicated a little better during the booking process. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
