rev:text	Where to start? So I booked this car through a work related website and have never had any issues before. The rates were really good so I gave them a shot. Well let's just say you get what you pay for. First, they are off site of the normal rental car place which was not a big deal since there are several other that are this way as well, however we waited for at least 45 minutes for a "shuttle" which turns out is a minivan and can only hold 6 people at time. It had to make several round trips before there was room for us. Once we arrived at strip mall where the office was located we waited there as well. The reservation was fine but they really try to strong arm you into buying their insurance and key replacement insurance. Once we got all the paperwork handled they bring up our car. It definitely was not the best rental I have ever seen but also not the worst. Once it is loaded and we have the 2 car seats in along with the 2 tired, restless and hungry kids we head out. We aren't out of the parking lot when we realize the car is absolutely filthy and reeks of cigarette smoke however we decide to cut our losses and get some food for the kiddos. It's while driving the car when we realize there is a blue piece of paper in the window. We realize it is a temp tag and when we check the date on it, it is expired. We assumed someone simply forgot to take it out of the window. We left it there as well. Before we head out the next day I check for license plates and low and behold, there are none. So now we have a filthy car that reeks of smoke and is also illegal. Fantastic! When I call them to advise them they tell me I will have to bring the car back and they will give me another one. "Sure, no problem! I would love to put my vacation on hold so I can drive an illegal car back to you to correct your mistake! " I think not. I inform them that they will have to bring a new one to me. He informs me he cannot do that until tomorrow. We decided to enjoy our day without a rental car. The next day I call once again and am once again told they do not bring them to me that I will have to take the car to them. I speak with a manager who agrees to have someone bring me the new temporary tag which looks like it was simply removed from another car however not my problem. They did deduct the cost of one days rentals at my request which is the only reason they get even one star. Please do yourself a favor and simply take a bus, a bicycle, a cab, or walk before subjecting yourself to this super shady fly by night establishment!
