  • First I have to say is that this apartment community has been taken over by new management so the reviews were for the old company which didn't do a great job but the new company and the staff are working very hard to overcome some very poor service in the past. I can't say enough about the staff and if you have a problem they work very hard to fix fast. I had problems in the beginning but after voicing my concerns they bent over backwards to make things right. For the the price and the location you can't beat and I felt very safe there. Being close to the golf course you are going to have bugs but you can be put on the regular spray schedule and it works well. They are making upgrades so the things are getting much better but again the staff and service are worth it! I have recommended to many others if they are looking for an affordable place to live this is it!
