  • I used to love going here, up until I began couponing and realized the Manager's hatred towards couponers. If you are a couponer this is the WORST target to go to. They have a "policy" that customers can only make one transaction per day. When I asked to see the written policy I was denied access to it. The manager hides behind the cashiers like a coward, making the cashiers very uncomfortable and you just feel bad for them. They also have a limit on items that you can purchase. You can only purchase two hair products per day. I rather drive the extra 30mins to go to the 91st Ave and Northern location.
