  • Service could have been better. How hard is it to poor a beer or muddle some mint? It was a Wed night and a friend and I went to dinner prior (Capital Grille at Biltmore) where we had amazing service. We went to Elements to have a drink afterwards in the bar (not the restaurant service -- bar only). I thought since he was from out a town the scenery and atmosphere would be nice. However, Elements wasn't top notch with their service. No one greeted us promptly and no one took the time to make our drinks promptly, either. We could see the bar directly in front of us (with no barrier between our bistro table and the bartender) and they weren't busy...just slow. I would go back - but I wouldn't expect any better service from the bar.
