Viiiiiiiva Las Vegas!
Okay, first, I would've given this place a 5 if it were closer to either the strip or old las vegas. Unfortunately, since the recent closing of several casinos near stratosphere leading to the strip, the walk is mostly long and very dark - sometimes it feels a little risky (though it isn't).
The room was nice (and the cheapest we could find during xmas season - most places hike up prices during holiday season). We were on the 21st floor, which gave us a beautiful view of the mountains and strip.
I will say that unfortunately the "gym" wasn't worth much, which is mostly the reason why we decided to stay here (most "gyms" in hotels/resorts are not included). It was mostly just a small concrete room with almost no equipment, of which was very worn out and not the best. Something is something though.
There is an RTC stop outside, which is convenient and customer service is great here.
Go to the Buffet downstairs.
